Information we collect
We collect account, contact, participant, ticket, payment-reference and event-access information needed to operate registration and the fair. PayNow transfers are completed in your banking application; MSIF does not collect your bank login or card details.
How it is used
Information is used to issue tickets, provide attendee support, manage capacity, record entitled entry and gift collection, administer configured lucky draws, prevent misuse and report on event operations.
Sharing and retention
Access is limited to authorised MSIF personnel and service providers needed for hosting, email delivery and event operations. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for ticketing, support, financial reconciliation, security and legal obligations.
