Personal tickets
Each guest must register with accurate participant details and use only their own QR credential. Tickets may not be duplicated, resold or altered.
Admission and entitlements
Admission remains subject to venue capacity, safety requirements and ticket status. SG50 benefits are recorded once per entitled ticket. Event-day entry is recorded automatically when authorised staff scan the QR.
Payments and changes
All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD). Paid bookings use the official PayNow details shown at checkout and remain under review until the MSIF team verifies the transfer. Change, cancellation and refund requests are handled by the organiser and are not guaranteed once a booking has been confirmed.
Programme
Published dates, venue details, exhibitors, speakers, prizes and programme items may change when required for safety, venue operations or event delivery. Material updates will be published through official MSIF channels.
